I agree that very few Ole Miss players will transfer to LSU. Having said that, the overall talent on that team is overrated. If Chambliss didn't play this season, Ole Miss is like 8-4 regular season. If Lacey also doesn't play, they're probably 7-5. The receivers on Ole Miss team wouldn't scare me. The OL was better than LSU's but not outstanding by any stretch. The secondary of Ole Miss was flat out poor. Harris and another DL are good. Perkins is good. But Chambliss and Lacey carried that team.
To be honest, I don't care if LSU gets any players from Ole Miss or not.

100% correct. I dont know Matt, he may be a douche as some say above, but hes correct... no superstars are coming to LSU from Old Mrs. Lacy is locked, and Chambliss is in limbo.
With that being said, its possible Chambliss COULD end up at LSU. I found no evidence that Chambliss agreeing to come back to OM was actually in writing.

There may not be a salary cap in the rules, and some schools in fact have no cap, but I believe Ole Miss does in fact have a cap. If they pay some of their players more than they would have just to keep them away from Kiffin, that is overpaying. That leaves less money to go around.
