And 5 star Shelton Sampson also. Coach Kelly has got to wake up every day and pinch himself. He did get a few elite players at Notre Dame but the amount of elite talent he gets at LSU is insane. Now go win us another natty.

I posted earlier Watkins has the 5th fastest 200m in Texas HS history. Here are the 4 guys ahead of him.
Roy Martin- 1988 Olympian
Connor Washington- current all American and Arkansas
Henry Neal- held the 100m national record for 20 years
Jeremy Wariner- 3 time gold medalist

Holiday's best time in the 100m in High-school was 10.43... this kid is faster as a
junior... he will go sub 10 sec after a few years of training at LSU.
Also, is this the fastest 100m ever for a high school kid coming to LSU?

Carter and Bennie Brazell are probably the best comps, speed wise. But Bennie was more of a 400m runner.

Jelani is no longer at KF. He transferred transferred to another high school over the summer. KF’s relay teams have taken a big hit w/him leaving, and another leg of the relay that graduated.

If you look at his hudl and the way he takes a crossing route is nuts.
Thus is an underrated pickup.
