I’d honestly rather have him than Brennan.
He beat him as a freshman. Think he’d do well behind the line Kelly is putting together. Can we retract Brennan’s scholarship? Not trolling. Don’t know the answer to that question concerning the portal.

Brennan was not the reason LSU lost to Missouri.
When Brennan played he was putting up numbers similar to Mac Jones.
Bazelak is not the guy to come in and start for LSU this season.

I disagree. Brennan turn the ball over more than once, that not similar to Mac jones. But if you want to call similar to Mac jones last game vs indy colts then I agree

Mac was more accurate, but he did have the best weapon in football.

2 INTs against Miss St were not Brennan’s fault. 1 was his arm got hit on what would have been 50+ yd TD and the other a Hail Mary after a dropped TD by Marshall. Should have been 13 TDs and only 1 INT

I wonder if there is a plan to add depth at QB? But it seems a lot of athletes leave when threatened with competition. Keeping a roster filled with good depth looks rough going forward.

Three scholarship QBs is enough. 4 is preferable, but tough to have in the portal era

Technically, Jones's first 3 starts were after Tua was hurt in 2019 and Jones threw for 937 yards, 11 TD's and 2 interceptions - both of which were returned for TD's by Auburn.
