I think the kid is super talented. VERY quick release, good pop on his throws, and clearly a superb athlete when he tucks and runs.

If he makes good decisions under pressure and has accuracy, we've got a good one.

Only 3 downvotes. Looks like folks are coming around even if they won't admit it.

When Shea speaks people listen. They sure aren't giving Ree any slack. Ha ha ha...

Nah but Shea is pretty darn good!

He looks like he has the tools as long as we have the time to and ability to develop him. Time we have. The second part remains to be seen. I hope so.

if Gunnel had committed Shea would be singing a different tune. I don't know how anyone can take any local media personality serious after the coup they pulled off putting O in charge.

I canceled my membership as soon as it happened and haven't looked back

Shea is in the business of selling subscriptions. You really think he would give you his honest opinion if he thought the program was falling off a cliff? Gotta keep the optimism up. Optimism sells subs

Same. It sickened how much they pushed for O to get the job and spun it so positively.. Shea is often way too positive, but any ways I actually was never big on Gunnel tbh. I'm not familiar enough with Parrish, but I do like what I saw from camp clips.

Well between myself, Shea and the coaches. I'm fairly sure I can see these players talents and am also sure nothing is going off the rails. I don't need Shea to tell me if it is. It's typically obvious and it isn't at the moment.

if he was 2 inches taller, he’d be a 5* no doubt.

If you watch his film, he’s pretty good about creating angles to throw the ball.

I don’t know Parrish but I have watched Gunnell all spring via Houston 7 on 7. He’s very good, but he is not so good that he had me thinking “man LSU needs this guy.”

Plus, his Dad is a certified A-hole who tries to orchestrate everything for Grant. It’s not the kid’s fault but it will be a distraction wherever he goes and it will be interesting to see how things go for him once Daddy isn’t able to bully the coaches. Or maybe he will at Arizona

Disagree with the "no doubt" part. There are a total of zero 5* QBs this year, dual threat or pro style.

He's the 11th ranked dual threat and there is a guy his height ranked 4th and a guy shorter ranked 9th.

He's a good player and I'm happy to have him, but I seriously doubt he'd be the only 5* QB in the country if he was 2 inches taller.

horseshite. Shea is one of the best in the business about giving the facts and letting the reader draw their own conclusions. He could sell twice as many subs if he just threw shite against the wall to see if it will stick like Hamm. You being salty about the direction of the program has nothing to do with Shea.

He was scheduled to be at Bama's Big BBQ Bash this past weekend and was a no-show in Tuscolussa.

I heard that as well. My biggest concern was and still is Sopsher. We can't let him go to Bama.

He also showed up last week with his family in tow...

This is a thread concerning recruits on the recruiting board. If you don't like it why don't you report over to the rant with the other clowns.
