BS...WHO has he been responsible for recruiting since Leonard Fornette? He lost 4 of the 5-5 players that year.

Tell him and Anderson to kick rocks! Put "O" in charge of NO recruiting!

Yup. That is what Blake Ruffino is inferring on his show this afternoon. Hope it is not true.

To add as others have said. If the players are simply holding off until February to see how the staff shakes out, we should all understand.
I’m sure the Frank situation will be settled in short order. Like it or not if Frank leaves you will lose a lot of commitments and a lot more players transfer who are loyal to Frank.
I’m sure Aggie, UT and bama would love to snatch Frank and pillage the Nola area. Frank really does control the Nola area recruiting and the high schools love him.

this is all true, but there's a reason kelly got rid of him and was forced to bring him back. the new orleans feudalism in our high schools is real and a force to be reckoned with. they love frank

You’re confusing Wilson with Raymond. Kelly never fired Wilson.

I wouldn't say money. He was hinting at a staff member flexing his connection to the kid against the school. His question to the audience was who recruits the n.o. area. If thats not implying it's frank idk what is bro. Sucks but with all this fertile recruiting grounds and being the only p4 school etc. guess shite can't always be sweet

Then bye bye Frank. He is not worth the headache nor his power trips. He’s not as good of a recruiter as those of you think and is an absolutely awful RB coach. Guy has no business coaching.

Yeah I’d rather have Smith and take my chances that the recruiting end of things will sort itself out

Word is Frank is potentially telling guys to hold off as he has not been officially named an assistant on field coach on kiffin’s staff. Apparently, kiffin wants him but not as an on field coach necessarily. I believe he’s waiting on Kevin smith to say he’s coming on board. Our class which was held together by Frank is now teetering bc of this alleged power struggle.

Do you think for one fricking minute LK would keep Frank around and have him continue to coach the bowl game if this was happening in any degree? LOL

I would get O and Tyrann on staff now. Bite the bullet with Wilson and keep him for this year but slowly bleed him out. This situation with Wilson is going to be a big problem. Him in Texas or AtM would be devastating. He literally runs NO recruiting.

They'll require a black coach.

Seems legit. Is it a coincidence that a RB coach joined the staff yesterday, and suddenly kids are decommitting?

People that are trusted on paysites are saying it's not a good look from Frank. A really, really bad look.

I had a feeling making him interim would cause some issue. He thinks that handling interim duties entitles him to something when in reality his short tenure has been a complete dumpster fire.

This is why we need a shift in the power dynamic in this program badly away from Frank and Corey running the show.

With the way the DBs played, keep CR. Frank can recruit if he wants.

These people are dumb as hell on here, so it's hard for them to understand. You could lose N.O. recruiting messing with Frank like that. They need to come to some form of agreement. I don't think people understand how much we could lose now and in the future if we say "frick Frank". Karr would just be the start.

I would love if we were able to get someone like Tyrann or BT to Coach the DBs and get them to be responsible for Coaching the NO area. But Frank and Corey are loved by so many in the State. I don't see a situation where Corey is not retained but Frank is not doing any favors is this true. I am hearing conflicting things on it.

So the Ra Ra LSU speech from Frank at his opening Press Conference was just trash talk? I dont think so.

Outgoing coaches and unhappy recruits? But that's just a guess.
