have reservations about their offense and QB play going forward. They don’t have an elite signal caller on the roster/on the way and don’t have a play caller with skins on the wall.

Wiggins promotion to OC feels like how BK promoted Sloan - only made to keep returning players from transferring and satisfying recruits.
Wiggins was hired at Bama when Devonta, Jeudy, and Waddell were already on campus. Gumps weren’t sad to see him leave. Concepcion and Craver are great talents but got to A&M through the portal.
He might turn out to be a great OC but there are plenty of questions.

Exactly what they did in 2022. If they continue doing this and are able to retain a lot of the recruits through their NIL, it's going to make them very formidable. I don't love it.

I don’t love it either, especially taking the top OL from Louisiana.
It will be interesting to follow their roster retention in the near future after giving a lot of money to guys halfway across the country.

Not at all like Georgia. Georgia has female cheerleaders, isn't located in a pasture and isn't a cult.

A&M offering more money, mom prefers A&M

Well of course she does. All most parents care about that has elite recruits is who is offering the most money without actually having any consideration of where their son might want to go or where he’d be happiest.

Best of luck to Coach O and Kiffin to get this guy.

Since you brought up Solomon Thomas, is there anything new about his health status? Apologies if I missed any previous updates.

But I had been wondering.

Maybe, but no one is hoarding talent anymore. Kids will leave if they aren’t happy until a change in the transfer rules are made. Paying this much money to high school kids who may or may not be around in 2-3 years is risky imo.

The only reason they became formidable is joining the SEC.

Piss off bitch it's from a credible source who knows the family.

But as I said, it's secondhand information to me so I don't claim it as fact. Just fodder to peruse.

Georgia had like 5 straight top 2 recruiting classes before they eeked out an NC against Bama.

A&M spending loads of money on HS recruits in this era for one class is pretty much tits on a boar

And it's going to turn out exactly like when Jimbo tried it. A bunch of entitled kids chasing bags that don't perform up to expectations.

agreed - Aggies don't learn form the past too well I guess

Aggie will always Aggie.

Even after Elko has a good year for their standards, he gets a massive Jimbo-like extension despite no wins of note. Then he proceeds to replace his good OC with a 1st time playcaller

Nebraska boldly announced every player on their roster will get the same exact amount of NIL money. If true you can count them out!!!
