for a pancake compressor. I believe it's a 3/8" line. I have a husky one but that thing is stiff as heck.

Get a good rubber one. They’re night and day different from the cheapo ones.

Flexzilla. Best I’ve had, except for the real Goodyear rubber ones (they just get old and start cracking though). I’ve seen knock offs, not sure how good they are, but the actual flexzilla ones are not that expensive.

don't know if you're looking for something portable or if it's going to be in your garage/shop but I bought this one on a reel a couple of years ago and its been solid

Go to any residential job site when they’re framing and all they have is the green/clear matabo 1/4” line from Lowe’s. I was tired of fighting those thick rubber hoses. Went buy one of metabo ones for my pancake compressor from Lowe’s when i saw them using it at my house. Been 5 years, no issues. Tons of projects. Highly recommend.

I have Flexzilla for my larger lines for use with air tools but Hitachi hybrid 1/4" line for nail guns. Rubber lines are more economical but they are marring so I stopped using them as I don't want scuff marks inside my house or other's.

I got this one from Harbor Freight.
Harbor Freight Lay Flat How se
Had it for a couple of months and can’t complain so far. Light weight and rolls up easily. Seems to be more durable than PVC hoses, but I guess time will tell.

Harbor freight has a 50 foot rubber hose for $19. I replaced the one on my hose reel a couple weeks ago. First one lasted 10 years and I used it a lot.
