Entomology board...what is this?

Some kinda of Egg sack or cocoon constantly being laid on my stucco. More annoying than anything. Easily wash off with a hose but a pain to keep up with...Sorry for the piss poor blurry pic...

Press on it a bit and if stuff emerges from either end, it could be what I know as silverfish. This looks like their egg sacks.

It looks to be bagworms. I had them on my hibiscus. Lowes sells a spray called "Captain Jacks Dead bug" that worked for me
