It is but it's like having sex with a prostitute. You struggle to find the morality to use a prostitute so you feel bad but then you just had sex so you are back up again. After you feel good, you feel worn out and depressed cause you are no longer having sex but also that you just had to have a prostitute to have sex. So the jizz of the story is that sure, you get a high (climax) from cardio but you just had to do cardio (prostitute)

This was simultaneously pathetic and profound.

i enjoy cardio way more than lifting. i bike, run, treadmill, elliptical, do HIIT, probably 3x more than i lift. i don't get my rocks off on getting to a certain weight or amount of reps as much as i do getting a better mile time.

i just enjoy it more, personally. all that being said, i lift exclusively 2-4 times a week still.

Bc people think of cardio as only long slow distance running

I used to hate it, but I've taking some water aerobics classes and they're awesome.

35. And I stand by what I say. The low-impact is also far easier on my knee (torn it up in soccer in HS) and allows me to use full range of motion with limited pain/discomfort.

I warm up with a 1/4 or 1/2 mile on the elliptical. That's the only cardiovascular I do. I hate it so much. It's miserable.

I play a lot of basketball for my cardio. The machines are just too boring for me.

I don't dread it, I look at it like wearing a seatbelt. It isn't always comfortable and can be aggravating but chances are it's going to save my life. I guess I'm trying to say it's a necessary evil.
