Running around the parking lot with a weighted vest doesn't seem like cardio? Running bleachers and pulling sleds doesn't seem like cardio?

Do you think that's the only thing crossfitters do?

Weight lifting is more fun cause I get to pick up, press, or squat heavy arse shite. I hate cardio but it's a necessity for me since I also train jiu jitsu which I love. Jits is a very cardio mandated martial art that you have to have stamina for. If you don't do stuff off the mat than you will pay for it on the mat. So I do cardio. Frick cardio.

I actually love running.

I think weightlifting is more fun for a few reasons-
1. As another poster mentioned, you can lift weights at your own pace, even a leisurely pace. With running, you either are or you aren't.
2. Goals- most guys (myself included) would rather work towards strength goals, i.e a 315lb bench press than a stamina goal such as a sub 6 minute mile.
3. More variety in weightlifting. Many different body parts, types of exercises, etc. cardio is much more monotonous, unless you are getting your cardio in while playing a sport (soccer, basketball).
