Any podcast suggestions on health, fitness, bio-hacking, etc?

The Drive with Peter Attia

Attia, Huberman Lab, and Ben Greenfield. I kind of got off the Ben Greenfield train as he’s gone down some strange rabbit holes, and can be a bit impractical for us normal folks.

I like Greenfield but he goes off the spiritual stuff and gets preachy. I liked Attia on Rogan but feel he’s so technical on his podcast. I need Rogan to dumb him down for me. I’ll have to give Huberman a shot.

Attia does get into the weeds from a medical standpoint, but I usually find his stuff interesting and insightful. I pick and choose his episodes to subjects that interest me.

Huberman and greenfield, like most here. I’ll also listen to gabby Reece, Laird Hamiltons wife, from time to time depending on the subject. If laird had a podcast I’d listen but she’s the closest thing to it. And while he doesn’t have his own podcast , Brian Mackenzie is a frequent podcast guest that I listen to whenever he pops up.

Defranco and mind pump are good too. Most of these guys get so repetitive. Gotta rotate them

I just finished Peter Attia’s audio book, Outlive. Two thumbs up.

Huberman, Attia, Strength Running, Healthy Runner, ATG, and Joe Rogan when he has somebody good on.
Attia can get off in the weeds. Some of his conversations are WAY too advanced for me.

The descriptions on Spotify are really good, just find a topic that resonates with you. The original Ben Patrick episode is really good.
