That looks like a good recipe

I don't do shakes but I put a scoop of protein powder in my overnight oats. I'll usually do the mootopia skin milk or even cut that in half with water. Usually add some mixed berries in it. Enough to keep me full until lunch.

Recent study by Consumer Reports found high levels of lead in some protein powders

2 in particular should be avoided
Naked Mass
Huel

Better options
Owyn
Optimum nutrition whey
Transparent labs mass gainer
BSN syntha-6
Dymatize super mass
Muscle tech 100% mass

Best thing I have found for simplicity and agreeance with metabolism is liquid egg whites. 12 ounces plus a splash of milk makes for about 45 G protein. Take about 7 seconds to make, and tastes exactly like milk.

I've been doing somewhat similar. I do Coconut milk or Fairlife milk or water depending on supply. I use 35g of Kirkland choco, scoop of creatine, full frozen banana, & blueberries. I've been thinking of adding spinach but just haven't done it yet. I also like strawberries, so I need to start adding those too.

Naked Mass

Dang. I use Naked Whey isolate. And a lot of their other stuff. I’ll have to research it and look into switching.

Here’s my daily morning shake in a Blender Bottle w/water:

2 scoops (30g) whey isolate
9.5g collagen
5g glutamine
5g creatine
3 tbsp. Stevia in the Raw (big bag kind)
1/4 tsp. Lite salt
1/4 tsp. Himalayan salt

It doesn’t taste great or awful, but it gets the job done with everything I need.
