I primarily feed the little guy whole foods, lots of dairy, eggs, fruit, tomatoes, and greens Getting him to eat meat isn't the easiest. He likes it, but doesn't eat a ton. The wife is more of a feed him whatever he will eat approach.
I'd like to make sure he's getting everything.
He has a daily gummy. But I'm thinking something with a little more collagen ,omega 3s, and iron wouldn't be the worst thing.
His mom's family is a bunch of very stunted runts

My son is 12 and he started lifting weights with me an about 6 months ago. He is really gung-ho about it now. My wife picks up these protein shakes from Sam’s (Premier Protein, I think). So he drinks one of those after every workout. He’s also been paying closer attention to everything we eat. Trying to “eat stuff that will make him stronger” and avoiding junk food more than usual. My daughter also likes to jump in on some of the workouts but she’s not as committed.
It’s awesome. I get to spend time with my kids and teach them healthy habits. It’s amazing how much they are paying attention to these things. My son has been asking about creatine, but I dunno. Still too young for that I guess.
Other than that they take a multivitamin in the morning and that’s about it.

I have a 5 year old daughter that eats as clean as I do. She loves vegetables and lean meats. I don't feel like she needs anything else because she gets everything she needs through the food she eats.
She rarely drinks anything besides water and often lets me know how good water is for you and fusses me when I occasionally have a Dr. Pepper. For a 5 year old, she is definitely on the right track.

Warms my heart to see how much you love that boy.
I've been lifting with my 11 year old son Jaxon for about 6 months. I already started dosing him on insulin so he can get jacked quicker for cornhole and disc golf.

If his bench is only 215 on gear, retire him now. He's a bad egg.

A multivitamin gummy and a 1.5g creatine gummy each morning for the 7yr old
Just a multi for the 4 yr old. He will start the creatine when he turns 5

Nah, he just needs to add some nicotine to his pre-workout to help him break that plateau.

This is no bullshite and rather disappointing.... At thirteen I was the same height I am now.
I was growing like a weed and then...dead stop

I was 5' 9" in 8th grade. My Dr said I was going to be well over 6'. I grew an inch and stopped at 5' 10". I'm taller than my dad and brother, though so I at least have that.

I did the same thing in 8th grade. Grew to like 5’11 with a size 12 shoe. I stayed there
