5-HTP Vitamin D Probiotics (you have to kind of find the one that works for you) I take more daily but those for sure work. I think some of the others may be more mental (but the placebo effect is real). I HOPE my cortisol supplements work.

My doc put me on Ashwaganda for cortisol levels.

Potassium lowered BP and stopped palpitations. Most people are Potassium deficient.

Eat avocadoes. Apparently avocadoes have 5 times more potassium than bananas. Thank God for potash fertilizers.

Creatine= taking it for hair loss but I do enjoy my gains from working out.
Collagen= taking it for hair loss.
Hair, skin, nail pill= hair loss.

I noticed my hair falling out and I could see my scalp after I showered. After taking these supplements a few months my hair is much thicker. I no longer see my scalp. My hair looks the way it did 10 years ago.

Creatine for muscle protein synthesis
Citrulline and glycerol for pumps
Caffeine + above for preworkout

Miscellany:
Ashwagandha
Fish oil
Vitamin D
Zinc and magnesium, occasionally

I do not take vitamin c. Reason: Over an 11-year period, about 2% of the men developed kidney stones. Those who reported taking vitamin C supplements were twice as likely to have experienced the misery of kidney stones.
If you do take vitamin c, keep it low dose.

Early 40s and feeling better than ever with no idea how much each supplement helps. Currently doing the following:

Daily Ashwaganda and a Zinc/Calcium/Magnesium

Fish Oil couple times/week

Preworkout or Bang 2x/week

Smoothie about 4x/week to include Chia, Turmeric, Flaxseed, MCT oil, local honey, apple cider vinegar, and some combo of fruits/greens/yogurt.

Ones that I’ve noticed a difference

Vitamin D
Magnesium

Started getting congestion last week and taking 25mg of Zinc everyday has severely limited any symptoms of a normal cold.

-Multi vitamin that does not contain magnesium and calcium (should not be taken with other vitamins or minerals)
-Mega dose Vit D + K2 (10,000 IU three times a day)
-Fish oil
-Magnesium, zinc, and Vit b6 before bed

3g creatine hcl a day

That’s about it. I cut out the turmeric you don’t really need this if you totally cut out foods that cause inflammation.

Probiotics

You have to find a “spore” probiotic otherwise it doesn’t get all the way to the GI tract. Traditional probiotics can’t withstand the acid in your stomach. Sporebiotics are resistant to it

the combo of citrulline, arginine, and dietary nitrates.

i was having blood flow problems and some heart palpitations. i suspected i needed to produce more nitrous oxide. those 3 in combo will do that. i noticed a significant improvement. it is now a part of my normal routine.

i also take creatine but i think that's less of a noticeable change as much as trusting the science that's proving it effective for decades.

any joint protectors (tumneric, chondroitin, fish oil)
multivitamin
