Wanted to post a topic while I was bored.
For me it was Layne Norton’s PHAT routine 2 day power 3 day hypertrophy way back in the day. Thinking of starting it back up for nostalgia.

I did a hybrid DC training. I did more volume than required and changed a few things.
I had way more energy than what was required.
Recently did a hybrid Westside and it did well

5/3/1 - specifically the Boring But Big 6 month template on page 23 of Beyond 5/3/1 with a bunch of bodybuilding accessories after the main lifts. Got stronger, got bigger, never felt rundown or injured.
As for routines that didn't work for me:
- Kinobody/Lean Gains
- Hepburn Power/Pump (probably didn't run it long enough)
- Arnold's Golden Six
- Tactical Barbell
What I'll be using if the government ever gives our freedom back:
- 4 days Texas Method
- 5/3/1 FSL

What hybrid Westside?
In terms of pure gains, Powerlifing to Win's 5/3/1 for powerlifting. I suffered a rough back injury at the back end of it, though.
Candito's 6 week program for peaking.

Distance running. 300lbs to 185lbs.

Running and biking hills. Limit carbs & sugar.
Currently, under Zombaw lockdown BIG rep calisthenics. Hell, try 800 L/R toe touches in sets of 20 if you’re bored. Burn them shits.

Couldn't tell you anymore. I made adjustments and it's basically just "modified".
Some things would be working on technique directly after dynamic lift then go into a a circuit with a few lifts. I wanted to kept an elevated heart rate after the technique and to cool down.
You don't lift competition lifts in Westside usually.

I’m stronger now than I ever was but, the best routine I ever had was a simple one.
The summer after my freshman year at LSU, I would come home from work and do sets of pull-ups, pushups, and toes to bar on an old metal A frame in my back yard. Then I would jump rope or go for a 2-3 mile run.
Can honestly say that was the best physique I’ve ever had. Now that I think about it, don’t know why I spend so much money on gym equipment.

nSuns 4-day. Went from 285/175/300 to 485/315/500 in a little under 2 years just doing the workout and taking periodic breaks when I felt like my body needed it.

Just in terms of getting in shape/losing weight.
10,000 plus steps a day and no liquid calories. Those two things and a fairly normal diet work for me.
