Starting Strength Linear progression along with Avatar nutrition.

Got a ton of results from n-Suns 6-day because it was my first linear progression program, but it plays hell on your body imo. As far as progress on the big 3 lifts, I’m going to have to go Boring But Big. I was powering through some numbers on that before this quarantine shite.

For strength, it is most definitely 5x5 training. For general overall gains and strength, I've always seen good results with the 10, 8, 6 method.
