That's not really low, nor really high. You should keep an eye on it as test levels can fluctuate.

As far as level for if one should start, depends on age, but in my case I was sub 350 before I my fertility treatment of hcg and clomid. After a year and a surgery for a veracosile we got pregnant. Stayed on for 3 more months to make sure nothing happened with pregnancy. Stayed in the 250-300 range during the 15 months.

After 3 weeks off clomid and hcg I tested at around 125 then three weeks later at 86, and that's when I went on.

I use roughly 150 mg split in two shots weekly and that puts me in the 700-800 range Everytime. That's not the high end of 1200, but being late thirties now I have no need to be that high and possibly risk any health issues. If I stay on track I feel great, it's when I miss shots a couple times that is start feeling bad.

Yeah I'm 33 and just feel tired all the time. I get around 7 hrs of sleep a night and never wake up during the night.

How often should I test to get a good read on what my normal levels might be? I've only ever done that one.

It says on the chart I'm within normal but the free test results were at the very bottom 57.1 within 46-224

What all have you had checked?

That was my primary symptom that got me to have my thyroid checked. It was complete exhaustion, though. I could sleep 12 hours, and often did on weekends, but always felt like I slept 4. Hell it was really like I was on day 3 of 4hrs of sleep.

Looking back, I had symptoms well before that level of exhaustion hit me but I brushed them aside.

Don’t go to a family doctor. They mostly see soy dads who don’t lift anything heavier than a car seat. Find a doc who sees gym bros.

I would get tested twice over next 8 weeks. Find a good Endo or doc that is used to treating lifters like Sabi said.

Yeah that's perfect TSH. Ideally it sits sound -1.

Mine was -9 when I got checked out.

Your T isn't low.. mine is usually around that. You might need a sleep study.

I'm 37. I'm about to just have a huge panel drawn. We do it at our clinic for $150. I want to see how my labs look. The guy I work with does Bio T so I have it available if needed.

Probably once you get to your 40s

I'm 32 but mine is checked annually since I have had fatigue issues. My doctor runs a lot of blood work on me, and I appreciate it.

I second this one. I went in hoping to get GH. Wasn't worried about Test levels at all. My blood work results showed that my growth hormone levels were actually extremely high but my total Test was at like 190. After going to them for 8 months and getting everything dialed in I went the black market route though purely because of the economics. $400 for a bottle of Test vs $40 was an easy decision for me.

What do they have you on? I was taking 250 mg of Test Cypionate every week at $40 a pop.

Do they have an Endo on staff? When I lived in B.R., it took me literally 4 months to get in to see one. So my PCP put me on 100/week. Made a big difference. At 33, I think OP’s seems low, but I’m no expert.

What else do they do at the Anti-Aging Clinic? I had to get off HRT a couple of years ago because I had 4 surgeries in less than 3 years, and they recommended I get off before surgery. Got my levels checked a couple months ago, and they had plummeted. They prescribed HRT at 100/week again and a estrogen blocker.

But I also called the Anti-Aging Clinic to see what else they did and they really harped on something in addition to HRT (different peptides, I believe). Do they also prescribe HGH? And I live 3 1/2 hours away. Would it even be logistically possible to be treated there? I can go once and get additional bloodwork done here and the results sent, but Im not sure how often they like you to come in. If it’s once every few months, cool. Once every week, and I couldn’t make that happen.
