I am currently on the low carb diet, and have lost 10 pounds, but I'm trying to find something that will help burn fat, along with control my appetite. any help would be appreciated.

Fat burners don't work, save your money and just get your diet in check.

I went to the doctor ‘s office in late November and I was advised to lose some weight. I was 6’ and 202 lbs. People chuckled when I told them because I didn’t look overweight, but I still wanted to do what the doctor recommended. I monitored my weight all December (Wasn’t going to start a diet during the holidays) and my weight was extremely consistent at 202 lbs.
I started a max 20g carb diet and I made sure I ate between 2,000 to 2,500 calories a day on January 1st. The only supplements I take are a centrum multivitamin and a vitamin d pill. I got on the scale this morning and weigh 192 lbs.
Is that normal? This just seems like extreme weight loss in a short amount of time, without a huge calorie deficit. I thought I would lose like a pound or two a month with that type of caloric intake if I lost anything. I figured I would get used to the lack of carbohydrates before I actually tried to cut calories.

Most of the initial weight lost on low carb is water. Don’t believe me, go eat a pizza buffet and you’ll gain 3-4 pounds back the next day. Not saying you won’t lose on low carb. I’ve lost 30 pounds on it this year. Just saying the initial loss is a lot of water because you’re depleting your glycogen stores.

Ripped Fuel was legit.

Uhhh the best legal ones are caffeine, ephedrine(have to go to the counter to buy it) and yohimbine hcl and transdermal(most people use this one incorrectly).

I'd recommend not using any fat burners because there are typically side effects from using them for too long that'll cause serious health problems, and once you stop taking it, you'll probably put back on all the weight again. Was listening to the JRE, and they mentioned Trump's "speed-like" diet pills he was taking to curb appetite and reduce fat, but it sounded like the stuff he was taking (Fen fen?) was really bad for you. Just my advice, but diet pills should be for extreme cases, and in your situation doesn't seem necessary to take.
If anything, try intermittent fasting along with your carb restricted diet. Without carbohydrates, your appetite should naturally subside, or at least reduce the cravings. That's been my experience fwiw. And, the weight you lost so rapidly was probably mostly water weight. You've also probably reduced the inflammation inside your body from cutting carbs out. Once your body switches over and starts burning fat for fuel instead, I think you'll realize how much easier it is to control your hunger.

Calorie/Carb deficit and running.
Fat burners are terrible for your heart.

Coffee in the am helps me control appetite and skip breakfast. Sudafed does the same, but would’t Recommend that. Also not recommended but works is a big dip/nicotine.

Was ripped fuel just an eca stack all in one pill? I remember taking minithins, aspirin, and a cup of coffee back in the day for the eca stack, but didn’t calculate any ratios or anything.

i'm in the low-carb, high-fat fat-burning camp as primary way to lost body fat.
but yes, running in zone 3 (see Jack Daniels and HR zones) is definitely helpful.

Running is good but so is walking briskly for one hour a day

With that calorie intake( being the max 2500) you can lose 2 pounds a week just off your diet. So for every 3500 calories you burn during your workout is another one pound lost

I talked to the guy that won the local Biggest Loser contest. He walked an hour a day with the incline turned all the way up on the treadmill. Dropped 87 pounds in 8 weeks.

And you know what's awesome?
Eating whatever the hell I want and getting thin while doing it.
Of course, I'm starting to climb in the 20s in terms of miles per week. It's a lot of running.
But I plan on downing 8 tacos tonight. It's going to be glorious.
