I need a crossfit class to hold myself accountable to make sure im pushing g hard enough and with enough intensity to stay in shape and coaching to make sure im moving well full range of motion… home gym for accessory work and lifting heavy or when it’s too busy to make it to cf class
Looks like it.
..or if I decide hit some two a days and lift at the house, and hit the class at the gym later.

I go to our local hospital ran gym. They took over the building of a local gym, remodeled the whole place. I switched over from Club 4 due to it being way too crowded.
Smaller gym, great/new equipment, awesome staff/trainers, 18+ gym unless you're with a parent.
I'll pay the extra money to not have the headache of high school kids and being overcrowded.

i live in northern Az and i hesitated to join PF, but i've been pleasantly surprised after leaving anytime fitness. i hike 4-5 x a week so i wasn't concerned about cardio classes.

Planet Fitness. The one I go to is huge and has plenty of free weights along with massage chairs, hydromassage, cryotherapy, red light therapy. The only thing it's missing is a sauna.

Yeah I was looking at either Planet Fitness or Club4 Fitness, but saw they were opening a new Crunch Fitness in Kenner (never heard of them) and all looked good enough for their price point.

Club 4. Plans as low as 10 per month. I do the 25. Hydromassage, 24 hour access. Great staff and clientele. I go in the morning. Retired. Heard evenings are crowded.
