Myself:

I had gotten out of the gym for 4 months. I lost down to 205 lbs. I started back working out 5-6 times a week for the past month and a half. I was shooting for getting back to 230 lbs. by the end of December, while keeping my BFP below 25%. I've made it to 225 lbs. so far. A lot of protein shakes, chicken, eggs, and steak. Hoping I can make it to 240 lbs. before I start cutting in February.

Trying to increase limit strength while maintaining healthy body weight and semi decent cardio.

I'm able to see the outline of abs and would like to keep it that way while getting stronger.

I'm at around 17% bf, want to gain probably 5 lbs through February, then cut down to something in the 12% range.

Moved states so was kind of away from the gym for 2 months. Getting really back into it over the past 3 weeks or so. Want to try and minimize the gains over Xmas week and make sure my mom isn't sending me home with 3 days worth of junk leftovers

I want to get down to about 175 and 10% bf by the end of the month. I'm currently down to 182 from 190, and about 13% bf after 6 weeks. After that I plan to go on a short bulk phase. Before cutting down again in the spring.

24% at 230 is still a good bit amount of BF. Why not shoot for leaner? 210-220 at 15%?

My goal: 195-200 at 10% BF and avoid injury. The injury avoidance is tougher.

I'm right there. I've never had a 6 pack and would like to have at least a semblance of one. My abs and obliques are really thick from a lot of squatting so I probably wont have a V taper, but I would at least like to see them.

Equipment wise I'm wanting to set up a complete home gym with free weights, strongman/functional stuff, and some kind of cardio equipment. Hopefully there will be some good sales after Christmas.

Other than that I just want to be more consistent in my training. With my work schedule I'm lucky to hit it twice a week. Last night I was working out at 230 AM because it was the only time I could do it.

My "your bodyfat is on point" is when I can see an ab vein. I'm teetering at that point right now. I don't need a full on six pack at 37, but like the neighborhood I'm in.

It's more about general health. I snore badly and just don't feel great with much more fat. If I keep in this range, I feel better.

Because I'm going to get up to that weight, so I can be at my below 12% BFP at around 218-220. Gotta put muscle on until I cut.

1. Get down to 205 by February (currently 210 from 225-230 range)
2. Be able to squat without heels coming off the ground by July
3. To look like I actually lift
4. OHP 185 (currently 5x5 anywhere from 135-155)

At 198 now. Would like to get down to 190 to be more nimble when playing tennis. Thinking about dropping weights to once a week because it’s hard to lose weight when you’re lifting.

Get to 200 lbs at 10% and just maintain that long term. It'll be the best shape in my life.

Currently 200 lbs at about 14%

Lose fat, gain strength, have more secks.

I’m trending that way. I haven’t weighed myself since before Thanksgiving, but I went from 250 something to 211. And I’m strong. So. Yay.

Used to be athletic in HS and ended my HS Soccer career around 175. Added 100 lbs in seven years, decided to get fit again, and hoping to join the Army.

Gotta level down to at least 200 to be considered, but want to eventually get back to 165-175 range and strong as a mfker. Food is my real weakness

Easier said than done and gets tougher as you get older.

Also, 24% BF at 230 is 55 lbs of fat. If you shed 12 lbs of nothing but fat in your cut phase (impossible) to drop to 218, your BF is still at ~20%.

I'd like to put up 400 on the bench at least once.

I currently max out at 330.

ETA: I'm 5'11" and weigh 175 pounds.
