Literally asked my physician about diets about 3 days ago and he said they’re all fine and just do what works. Said there’s no meaningful data out there that suggests a discernible difference to the average person trying to pick, including keto. Of course physicians can have differences of opinion but this is about the most level headed doctor I know telling me this, so I’m inclined to believe him.

What makes it bad for your body?
Keto can be pretty healthy short term because you cut out a bunch of unhealthy crap. The biggest issue is the lack of diversity of fiber and it’s effects on the gut flora.

I’m no libtard, but after passing the feed lots in Northern Texas on the way to my Mardis Gras ski vacation, I will never eat grocery store meat again.
If a cow or any animal was grown locally or if it’s wild game, I’ll maybe eat it.
The fact that 80% of all antibiotics produced by big Pharma goes to growing animals should give you pause.

Ima need to read the early life Wikipedia section on these “researchers” before I listen to them
All doctors and scientists want to force you to be fat and get 50 Covid shots a year when in reality all you have to do to be healthy is not eat carbs

The keto diet had the biggest average carbon footprint and the lowest nutritional ranking.
Carbon is fake
But if they were like every person in the 3rd world is gonna die if you keep eating meat, I’d keep eating meat

The best diet is the diet you can adhere to
That’s all that matter. Whatever harm X diet does to your body, it’s still better than the harm you were doing at your previous weight.

The same people saying this want you to eat impossible meat that is extremely unhealthy and full of chemicals and preservatives etc
Just imagine all the shite they put into Impossible Meat just to make it taste like Possible Meat.

So what do you eat?
I gave up meat for lent to make a real sacrifice. I'm planning my Easter dinner and I think I'll get some steaks at the farmer's market from Gonsoulin Farms and maybe some shrimp.
I'm feeling awesome right now so I'm probably going to make animal flesh a weekend thing going forward. With all this fiber, I'm shitting like a rockstar and my cardio zone 2 runs have reached the next level. I even felt stronger under the barbell yesterday.

You know who else was a nationalist vegan?

Yea there's no bias in that research
. When climate change is mentioned before any health issues, this is your red flag lol.

So did I, must’ve been the steak I had yesterday

The idea that diet is irrelevant is ludicrous on its face.
