Haven't had a drink since February. I'll keep going through October.

Haven’t had a drink in 2 1/2 years. Don’t think I’ll start up again in October, so I’ll ride with you.

I told the soccer coaches I was buying the beer if we won today.

4 pitchers and a few long necks have been killed!

Your backup runs hard , I bet Alabama will adjust and pickup more screens and a running game.

On the other hand...Uga looked like my boys middle school team .

Also I am in for no alcohol Oct.

Nice baws. If we can make it through CFB Saturday with outstanding weather without imbibing, the next 30 days should be a cakewalk.

October 15 will mark my 1 year anniversary of no alcohol or drugs. I felt good the past year, it’s worth it.

I’m in. Do it every year. But this year I’m adding something. I’m also dropping carbs as much as humanly possible. Gonna see if I can drop 8/10 lbs before November

Exactly 1 month behind you. I don't have an addiction in the traditional sense, just a really bad relationship with alcohol. Decided to give it up for good.

Hangovers were crippling and lasted too long for me, and I got really fond of brown liquor and blow (just being honest). Had to make changes in a few arenas of life. Hope this wasn’t TMI, but it’s the truth. Also was an everyday weed smoker since hurricane Katrina. That was the hardest to give up but looking back I can see where it made me complacent.

I’ve enjoyed the sobriety and health benefits.
