There was a kind gentleman at one time that was offering OB members Masterbuilt smokers at cost. If he still around?

Can you send me an email?

Great thank you both.

South LA- aeration

Posted by WyattEarp on 10/18/23 at 10:07 pm
Evening, is now a good time to aerate my yard? Yard is in rough condition from this summer. Seems like it’s pretty compacted and a lot of dead areas with thatch.
Option 1: Move

Option 2: when you complete option 1, don’t buy near a RR crossing

Problem solved.

Unfortunately he is staying until Sharon Westin Broomes term is over. Guess he realizes his safety blanket will be gone at that point.

There’s a strip club in a basement there. French quarter or something like that.

Spent a night there and melted my credit card.

Please note that KIN is a surplus lines insurance carrier. What does this mean to you? It means that this policy is not backed by the Louisiana guaranty fund which backs all homeowners policies up to 500K.

So if they run out of money, then who ever hasn’t been paid, get in line with the creditors.

708 days sober here. There is some solid solid advice in this thread.

For your own personal knowledge and to say you tried- try the cutting back. Some people can, I am not one of them.

It will take some time to change but you will eventually get back to enjoying crawfish boils, hunting, fishing etc. I know I have.

2017 ranger 900XP

Having an issue with the above. Ranger is incredibly hard to start and must use ether to get it started. Once running, idles fine. Bogs at top end and max speed is 35 at 5200 RPM

Google searches led me to replace fuel pump yesterday. Still same deal as above. Drove it today and smells like it’s running very rich.

Took fuel line of at pump and at motor to make sure fuel is coming out at both ends and it is. Aid box is clean. Finally ran almost all fuel out of it that I had added sea foam too.

Any thoughts? I am going to check spark plugs again but it was tuned up a few months ago and used maybe 3-5 times until last week.

Yes this is standard with Vault now and becoming standard with the few carriers left in LA.

Water heaters are a source of large water claims, especially in high end homes which I am assuming yours is because of being with Vault.

Given the current insurance market I would replace and move on. PURE and Chubb, if they’ll even consider it will require the same.

ETA- PURE is only 2M coverage and up now. Also if you had a claim within last five years, regardless of payout they won’t even consider you.

If you can’t tell I sell insurance in Louisiana.
He approached me last week at the Walgreens on Essen by OLOL. Thought the whole thing was bizarre by the way he was dressed.

Dog tased, 2 people taken to hospital after thanksgiving skirmish

quote:

PLAQUEMINE - A sheriff's deputy had to hit a dog with his taser after the animal started biting people during a tussle involving its owners on Thanksgiving Day. The incident unfolded sometime around 7 p.m. on True Hope Lane. According to the Iberville Parish Sheriff's Office, the dog's owners were arguing with another group when the situation escalated, and the dog jumped into the fray. Four people were bitten in the chaos, with two of them going to a hospital for treatment. The dog was reportedly tased after it refused to let go of one woman's leg
Day 573 here sober.

I hate the saying but it really is one day at a time.
Keep it up guys, I’m happy for y’all.

I’m in the same boat and slowly losing it and feel so much better.
