I went from around 500 to over 1,000. Doc freaked out and asked if I had any idea why.

I couldn't think of anything till I got home, and it dawned me that about 3 months ago, based on the board's recommendations, I started taking 9 mg of Boron daily.

All you did was add boron? That’s impressive

Yes. I recently started Creatine too, though I don't think that affected it.

I started taking it a couple weeks ago after reading it here and can tell a difference. Those are great results, did they test your free test too? What time of day do you take it? I also wanted to see if anyone had taken DHEA and if the results were good or if it was the same to just use the boron

I did 50mg of oral dhea and 18mg of boron for 90 days. It worked for me but the dhea just gave me oily skin not sure how much it actually worked but the boron definitely worked. I’ve seen some people recommend the sustain alpha topical dhea and I think that would work better than oral.

here is a post made by Dante on Boron, i learned about boron about a decade ago when dante posted about it on intensemuscle forum

NIH Fact sheet
LINK

one interested thing that stood out from the fact sheet
quote:

Preliminary evidence suggests that dietary boron intake might affect cancer risk. Several observational studies found that boron intakes are inversely associated with prostate cancer risk in men

there a bunch of studies but none that i know of long term use and I recommend about 2x what the current recommended upper levels are. Imo 12-15mg is needed

and yea Ron....sustain alpha or dermacrine are what i recommend but dermacrine is strong enough to actually cause some suppression.

I'm off to take my daily dose of boron, creatine, and high dose fish oil.

Meaning as boron intake is increased prostate cancer risk decreases?

Have you noticed any difference in the way you feel since you started taking it?
