Not really zits, they’re little and hard and underneath the skin but protruding with puss at the tip. They’re red, super painful and popping up around thighs, one on butt and one on knee-cap. Never got these before taking supplements and vitamins.
Anyone have a clue?

Please don’t take advice on this from anyone on this board. Go see a dermatologist

I had these a ton from around 18 to 26.

I just started trying to stay super clean. They went away on their own. Every now and again one will pop up, but I just leave it alone and it does its thing.

No clue what they are.

No. I’d even be fine if they were zits.
These hurt like crazy and are deep red. The above poster nailed it I think.

if its Furuncle like he said, i beleive thats a form of staph and what my kid had, we were told to clean nails and hands really good 4-5 days a week.

also had us take mupirocin cream on the edge of each nostril and put him on an antibiotic.

his were small though as he was only like 2 or 3

Another thing you could do is take a shower with some Hibiclens or Chlorahexadine 3-4 days a week. It will help decolonize the bacteria.

Thanks to both.
Doc gave me antibiotic and told me to use Hibiclens.
