Now that ready to drink protien shakes are in every convenient store and are containing 40+ grams of protein…. How many of you guys are using this as an easy way to max out your protein intake?
Any downside to 1 or 2 of these per day to help hit goal?

I think the downside is costs and some people can get an upset stomach due to any additives they may put in. If you are drinking one a day, probably would be fine.

I drink a Fairlife every morning with my breakfast. Its an easy 30 grams.
The downside is cost. The upside is convenience.

I've never found one that was fully clean. I just make my own.

I just bought ready made Huel protein shakes and really like them. 35g of protein and 400 calories.

That is a pretty terrible protein to calorie ratio for a protein shake.

I like the Barebells canned protein drinks, strawberry and vanilla. 24 g protein, 2 sugars. They make really good protein bars too

convenient store
If you're buying things in a convenience store, you clearly have too much money to worry about such paltry things. You can buy premade shakes at Sam's or H-E-B or all manner of other places to put in your lunchbox. Or, there's the fancy concept of creating a week worth of shakes in blender bottles at home to take on the road.
Novel idea, I know.

Too expensive and they made me fart too much. I’ve went to chicken, beef, ground turkey, eggs,
and Greek yogurt. I feel better as well than when I was doing a lot of the shakes and bars. A couple of these and you’ve got 30 g of protein. They are sweetened with Stevia.

Premier Protein.
30g, 11 oz, can down it on the go, cheaper, tastes good.
I keep multiple flavors stocked

We get these from Costco:
Expensive as ready-to-drink, so we use the mix at home and use these to pack in a cooler for road trips or if we're going to be out for the day.

I hate the taste of ready to drink shakes.
The only thing I use protein powder for is to mix in cream of rice or oats.
I'd rather eat my protein than drink it

i would too but after being on this cut a while, i have no appetite and have to still get it in and drinking it is easier, RTDs are easiest at work
so I eat a lot of ratio greek yogurt that has 25g protein and I use the fairlife 42g and members mark 30g RTDs
right now meal 1 and 2 are
- ratio 20g greek yogurt that has the fiber built in
- ratio 25g greek yogurt
- members mark RTD
that gets me 150g protein easily
then i do 8oz chicken breast(cooked weight) with either bag of uncle bens jasmine rice or a big sweet potato for dinner
then before bed a scoop of team skip protein from true nutrition and 8oz fairlife milk
only downside to RTDs is price and some people they can cause some stomach issues

We keep Fairlife Core Power protein shakes in the fridge at work. Those or Premier Protein shakes are good in a pinch. Like if I'm outside working on something, and don't have time to grab lunch just yet, I'll down a shake just to keep me going until then.

Sam’s/Costco has some great options. 150 calories with 30gs of protein and are delicious
Highly recommend David protein bars too

Will do the Fairlife 42g Core Powers on occasion. Frequently drink the Chobani 20g Yogurt drinks.
