40 grams seems like a lot of protein to drop into your stomach at once. There are a lot of opinions about whether they body can really synthesize that much effectively. The cost and additives keep me from using them. Nake Whey + whole milk + fruit in a blender. Meat, eggs, and greek yogurt during the day.

Most the RTD versions are garbage protein. Example - the Jocko Molk powder protein is whey concentrate, whey isolate, egg, casein proteins. The RTD version is milk protein isolate. Garbage. Just make the shake at home and carry it with you to work and put in a fridge.

2 - Hard Boiled Eggs will give you 14 Grams of Protein and 140 Calories.
Plus they fill you up.
Cant beat them.

yea thats a pretty terrible protein to calorie ratio and hard boiled eggs give you gas that smells terrible and are not convenient at all compare to rtd

Fairlife has me spoiled on vanilla and chocolate shakes...I don't want anything else these days.
I do like some of Premier's stuff, the white chocolate raspberry and lemon bar flavors are buys for me when I see them.

Premier Protein.
30g, 11 oz, can down it on the go, cheaper, tastes good.
The chocolate tastes as good as chocolate milk to me.

My kids live on the fairlife chocolate shakes during wrestling season. Perfect late night meal replacement when we get home late from a practice.

Loaded with sucralose. It’s really not that healthy for you.
