Weight didn’t budge, but that’s a good thing since I ate junk and didn’t move much. Expecting a drop tomorrow or the next day once eating and activity goes back to normal.

The vast majority of the weigh in the scale was in upper 180s, then at last moment returned back to the same weight it always is 190.1 lol. Bf% on scale seems to be linearly dropping all month though for what that’s worth

Definitely overate this week, basically ate my maintenance on average.

Calorie avg 2317, protein 228g.

Dieted hard for a week, gained a couple pounds. Lost my edge and battling acid reflux so I ate like shite, didn't exercise, lost 3 lbs go figure.

The scale still ended at 190.0 but it recorded in the app as 18x. I’ve been 190-191 for 7 days prior so I’m taking it.

Down 3.7lbs since 1/1, but bf% on scale is down 1.5% (3.4lbs) in a nice linear decline every day with lean mass basically unchanged. I don’t usually trust BIA, but in this case I like the # so I’m going to believe it as gospel :)

Figured I'm not eating near enough protein or drinking enough water. Cutting out the "health bars" while running around at work seems to have helped as well.

I had a fairly bad food and booze weekend. It was the wife's birthday. I started running again yesterday. The debloat process is in full effect today.

I'm hoping to hit 215 by Lent. My weight is staying the same, but arms, chest, stomach getting smaller. My arms and shoulders are noticeably more defined. Im doing 25 pushups twice a day. That's up from 20 last week. I'm slowly running out of golf shirts. Im getting to a point where XLs for certain companies dont fit anymore.

As usual, I fricked up at the last couple of months of 2022. I have all of the excuses but the bottom line is I just stopped caring enough and didn't do what gets me where I want to go. I went full slob, stopped lifting, stopped exercising at all.

I can't get ozempic anymore; just not available, shortages everywhere. And once it wore off, my appetite was insane. Ravenous 24/7, eat a massive meal and hungry, ready for another big meal, in 45m-1hr. Either stuffed or starving, no in between. I decided to go keto again to help with my hunger, and it's been a great choice. As soon as I got into ketosis, my hunger re-regulated and I feel normal again.

I have been in ketosis for about 2 weeks and have dropped 6 pounds (obviously water weight in early ketosis). But moreover, i feel GREAT. Focus is high, energy is way better, i was having chronic wrist pain and it's gone. I stopped keto last time I did it because my cholesterol number skyrocketed but i kind of don't even care right now, I feel so much better and my hunger's under control without injecting myself weekly.

hulk...have you tried to get one of the other semiglutide products? they are available if you wanted to get back on

but glad you are back on the train

kind of pissed, gained 2 lbs this week and i dunno why as i have been strict. pissing me off.

2300 sounds about right to me (12-13* your bw). I don’t think PPSA + 10k steps through day puts you outside of “lightly active” unless your workday also involves a lot of movement

See if you can get Mounjaro. Ozempic is good, but the Weygovey is the dose for weight loss. I am taking Mounjaro, and I can tell you it will decrease your appetite and the amount you can physically eat. Mixing it with Keto is amazing.
