See if you can get Mounjaro. Ozempic is good, but the Weygovey is the dose for weight loss. I am taking Mounjaro, and I can tell you it will decrease your appetite and the amount you can physically eat. Mixing it with Keto is amazing.

i dont need it, i meant for you. glad you found one of the others for you. mounjaro is the strongest and the best, ozempic would be last of the 3 imo

my personal view is most should start with ozempic, move to weygovey if they plateau for 4-6 weeks and then to mounjaro when/if the same happens with weygovey

and yes i do feel like keto works best with this as it works through stabilizing and lowering insulin response so insulin doesnt send the hunger signal on top of the slowing of gastric emptying.

lost that water i had gained back,

Starting to get kinda mad at plateauing through most of dry January. I have seen big drops in Bf% on the scale (down 1.7% for the month) but I’m not sure I trust that shite

if you can do an inbody and keep everything consistent i.e first thing in the morning, after taking a piss and not having anythign to drink...maybe go do that.

i know you have put on a ton of strength the last few months based on your post....usually if protein is high...gains in strength=gains in muscle

if you want a simplier way...measure waist at the navel and track that.

Yea I have tracked my measurements since the very beginning of starting lifting (Mar 21) and estimated bf% with navy method plus my Fitbit scale. I do both measurements just as you state (first thing in AM naked after peeing).

If I zoom out to my overall progress, then it's hard to be upset.
I'm in late 40s, 5'11", and started out at 222 lbs and a 41" waist and about 27.5% bf by both (and Obese). I was essentially untrained in lifting and had never done barbell work before. I am not quite able to sell people bull testicle supplements based on my before and after, but I'm getting there.

Now, I am 189, with a 33" waist and Navy/BIA estimates 12-13% (which is probably low cause I am not super vascular but I do have a blurry 6 pack). Over these 2 years of lifting I've gone from 40" chest to 43" while waist dropped from 41 to 33, and I have gone from working out with 25lb dbs to a current combined BSD of 955. Estimates are over that 2 year time (in a deficit) I've put on about 12-15lbs lean mass.

However zooming into current situation, I think I'm just 5-10 lbs away from being done dieting/cutting for now just visually and was looking forward to being done and eating at maintenance and continuing to grow strength/lean mass while staying around 180-185lbs. I thought just cutting out the 4-500 cals of beer or wine I would have 4-5 days a week and being real strict would get me there but it may be a bit more of a project unfortunately.

My insurance won't cover wegovy, it's bullshite. I don't have diabetes but they'll cover Ozempic but not Wegovy.

Ozempic did decrease my appetite significantly, but it kinda just made me have a normal appetite most of the time.

I had a great week with no cheats!! This weekend should be easy except for brunch for my mom's birthday.

I finished up the week with a 24 hour fast. It was stress from work related not on purpose, but ill take it. I only ate today at lunch, because I'm running today. I skipped my walk yesterday, but had 10K steps before I left work. It was a crappy way to do it, but it was my first 24 hour fast. I could go longer and may try for a 3 day fast in the future if I need to break through a plateau.

No changes in diet or activity; weight finally dropping off. Scale says it’s all bf% too so I got that going for me

Mounjaro not covered either, unfortunately. My endo put in anther ozempic order in at another pharmacy that had it listed as in stock but they had to order it so.. same shite. Ill just have to buckle up.

I was doing lazy keto but scale not really moving so started tracking today. Definitely was still eating too much.

I found myself not super hungry most mornings so going to start some IF.

I severely reduced drinking (except for vacations lol) over the last 6 months, but the last month ive had 1 glass of Bourbon and one small glass of red wine. And the wine was a $150 bottle someone popped and I was not going to say no to that

Can't say I miss it a whole bunch. After the buzz fades I just feel like shite and dont want to take care of my kids or do anything and I get grumpy. Not who I wanna be, so I just generally stopped.

Headed in the right direction i hope. 1st time since June I'm below 230. I was very close on all my macros & calories on the carbon app too. Elbow injury has kind of been a blessing in disguise for me. When it comes to weight loss, my body always responds better to more of a crossfit type program rather than focusing on just cardio or just lifting...but man I miss the lifting right now lol.

I weighed in at 222 today. I didn’t eat all day. I honestly wasn’t hungry, so I’m closing in on another 24 hour fast.
I’m sure I’ll be back at 221 tomorrow.

My walk was great today. Push-ups are rolling along like normal. All is well. I really want 215 by Mardi Gras
