Always brutal for anyone losing weight. Maybe they'll have a carving station and you can fill up on prime rib or brisket

Weighed in at 180.4 yesterday. Down from my starting weight of 194 on Dec 26.

8 or so more lbs to go to reach my goal of 172.

Got stitches out on Monday and should be cleared to begin lifting and doing all activities on Feb 22.

What's worked for me:

1. Counting calories using the lose it app.
2. Low carb diet but not strict kwto
3. Cut out all alcohol
4. Intermittent fasting
5. Daily brisk walks of an hour or more (fasted).

Personally for me weddings are typically the easiest evening event to fast at. The food is typically average and there's so much positive energy and excitement that I'm not hungry.

It's AFTER a wedding where I'm looking to order an XL pizza.

can you re-share your ebooks with me? I wanna read through greyskull again and find a good "homework" routine.

Can you post what you come up with? I was doing the homework but have been taking a break from it with my tendonitis. If I can get it to stop I'd like to start back up.

Guess it depends on the wedding.. most weddings I go to I'm getting dragged along with my wife to go to a wedding for someone she hasn't seen in 7 years and I haven't ever met and don't know many/any people, so they're boring as frick. Then I want to drink and eat just to pass the time lol

Yeah you're right! It's all relative to the situation.

Our friend 777 will power through. We won't be reading a post by him come Sunday that he slipped up....or maybe we will.

Had a bad meal yesterday (almost a whole pizza) but countered with skipping dinner, which was easy due to the misery that pizza put me in. All total for the day, I was down on calories but also below my protein intake.

Got to this gym this morning and felt great after struggling to get out of bed. Did an hour of PPSA Pool Season followed with a 30 minute walk on the treadmill.

na i will be ok. ftr this is a gay wedding for wives cousin, great guy and great guy he is marrying but not my scene so not gonna be a lot of "positive energy"

i doubt i drink but if i do it will be straight whisky and only 1 or 2 at most. I will find some type of meat to devour for sure.

as far as the ebooks, have to email me. im not sharing publiclly really anything anymore. too much risk and im only sharing to people i trust, so if anyone emails me put your td screenname.

I, too, have a wedding to go to. Mine is Saturday evening. I'm going to try to eat early in the night before the whiskies hit me and cause me to make bad food decisions.

190 / 180 / 150

Diet has been good, sticking with low carb and incorporating more and more cardio and weight training each week. Was stuck around 183 the past few weeks, nice to see the scale moving in the right direction. Keep it up folks!

I got my new running shoes. I did go to Tri running. I ended up liking the Saucony Triumph 18 which is the previous model. They didn’t have my exact size, but I tried the full size bigger.

Academy had them for $100 instead of $150. I got over there and there was 1 pair left of the 50% off rack plus I had a coupon from the mail. I got the damn things for $62!

Time to hit the treadmill

Big leg day today and tons of water.

Hit the scale at 179.4 today. First time I've been in the 170s in probably 12 years.

Bet that’s a feel good start to the weekend right there.
