Ive an absolutely horrible week food, drink, and exercise wise. 257/221/200. Im puffed up and bloated. Time to get back on the grind.

Decided to not do dedicated fast days and just listen to my hunger cues. If I'm not hungry, don't eat. Keto + semaglutide means I'm just not hungry sometimes.

Good week on the scale saw alot of 182s. Funny how weight finally drops off after weeks and weeks at the same calories.

A little bit better. Adjusted my macros to go more protein heavy & lower carbs. Hopefully this kick starts something. Starting to get the hamster on a wheel feeling.

3 weeks in. Had a lot of alcohol over the weekend and super bowl sunday so it's a bit slow but not a terrible pace. Keeping calories at 2700. Lots of snow forecasted this week so I'll struggle to get my steps in

Im on lockdown for Lent. Strict keto and my alarm is set for 515 so I have to get up and walk on the treadmill. It needs to happen.
