I’ve been lurking the past few weeks, and this board has helped me remained motivated / disciplined. On my second round of LIIFT4 and would like to start PPSA once I have the space for a bench, hopefully within the next year. Not really dieting just exercise and focusing on whole nutritious foods and protein.

Not progressing as quickly as I'd like. I'll give it another week then start tracking intake.

Been hanging around 2200 to 2450 cal a week past few weeks and 180 to 200p.
Holding steady to losing a few ounces overall.
Gonna buckle down this week shoot to see 183s lbs consistently end of day.

Been back on Keto for a few weeks now and I've dropped about 15 lbs thus far. Was up to 286 lbs at one point but this morning I weighed in at 271.

I am thinking I will continue with keto as close as possible until the end of summer in order to shed as much bodyfat as possible while maintaining a high protein diet to mitigate any loss of muscle mass but then try for a clean bulk once college football season rolls around again in order to pack on a good amount of muscle then restart the cycle in January.

InBody scan today, can't believe that I went down to 18.1% bodyfat. Meanwhile I am at 32.7 for BMI which makes me "moderately obese."

I’m still waiting on that.

Looking slimmer in the mirror though, so some recomp may be happening.

I’ve been waiting for the scales to stabilize after a month off from tracking macros and calories. So far it looks like I managed to lose about 2-2.5lbs in 6 weeks while a few drinking beers daily but getting lots of sunshine and exercise. I’ll take it.

Feel like I'm doing all the right things. Walk every morning, lifting 3x a week, IF (skipping breakfast) 4/5 days, monitoring portions, not drinking. Still feel great.

But clearly what I'm doing isn't working as desired, and because I've not tracked I don't know where I'm failing. So.. Time to start tracking intake.

Averaged 2050cal and only 150P this week ,, gotta up my protein next week.
Like everytime I cut I will end up having to go lower than I think but I'm not changing my Goal weight till I hit it. One day I will actually have enough muscle to be cut up at 180!

Does anyone know of a place in BR where I can go in for my first InBody scan? About to start working out and would like to see my baseline.

Track it religiously. This is the first time I've tracked every single thing I consume. I'm talking the handful of raspberries that I munch on when I pass by the fridge ( 15 cal). I'm honestly surprised every time I get on the scale, it's like its melting off.
