Last day of Arm Farm had the lats exhausted. I really liked that one. Heavy, slow pullovers are my favorite exercise I think.

Day one Silverback today. Right at an hour.
I forgot how much I liked this one. Just a solid full body workout. Everything today was pretty high intensity. My squats are still a bit behind from Arm Farm so I didn't raise my max this month. Still barely got 5 on my last set.

I like how the first 2 exercises don’t have a superset. I feel like I can get more intense on them.

Finished Day 3 of Benchamin Franklin II. I'm really liking Benching every workout. I'll probably run Silverback for the second time after.

First time doing a true lunch time workout. This may be my new thing.

I was dragging arse this morning and decided to come workout. Other than being a little sweaty, I’m feeling much better. Almost done with W2 of arm farm!

I work out at lunch everyday. I love it. You never have anything getting in the way. I have a pretty flexible schedule though so I'm not pressed for time and I eat my lunch at my desk when I get back.

Your gym doesn't have a shower?

They do. I didn't think I would have time to shower today, but I did.

I'm going to start carrying stuff to shower.

I pack all my stuff up at night when I'm filling out my numbers for the next day. Wake up and it's all ready to go. It definitely makes it easier to stay consistent. Plus the constant calling myself a pussy in my head if I miss one.

Started silverback today: minimal supersets in the strength portion and squat/bench/OHP was great. I think I’m gonna enjoy this plan

Day 3 of oak tree yesterday. The Bench-heavy RFESS superset was the toughest thing I’ve had to do yet. Was dripping bullets

Yeah, after several plans in a row of mostly supersets it’s kind of relaxing. It definitely makes me focus more on the lift.

I like the first lift to be a regular one lift. But after that I love super sets. The curls to overhead press one has been a favorite of mine. Sucks in the moment but I felt great after.

I may run this again in September; I didn’t realize how beat up/poorly recovered I was until I’ve had a few days with lower volume and a more traditional split of exercises
