frick them. That’s WNL for a 70 yr old maybe. I wound shell out $$ for an online clinic. Use that time to get your prescription dialed in and do tons of research on the topic. After 6 months or so, you can easily do it yourself.

frick the system. It’s a broken disaster. Just take a look at your typical male… it’s right where they want us to be and stay.

I hopped on TRT at 39 and it’s the best decision I’ve ever made. My body composition, mood, sex life, overall sense of well being and confidence has done a 180.

It’s OTC.
No foreign test coming into the body, you just make more of your own.
25mg a day

My before and after pic 4-6 weeks in is crazy

I'm 50. Side effects include horniness, better mood, weight loss, horniness. Back up to 150 mg a week after va pcm had me at 100. Was on 200 mg a week in Florida. Now in Alabama.

I'm a little nervous about starting TRT but it sounds like as long as you keep checking your labs and monitoring the numbers, the side effects can be minimal.

My main goals here are the usual: happier, better drive/energy, less brain fog, better muscle building. I hustle in the gym but it's hard for me to build, plus I usually go in the evening and I'm tired.

Enclomiphene Citrate is not OTC. If it were you would see it being hawked on the counter of every gas station in America. You have to get it from compounding pharmacies that play loosey goosey with it for "research purposes" or an online service whose "doctor" who writes the prescription is a glorified customer service agent.

I'll probably end up trying it in the next month, but let's not pretend it is something that it isn't.

Got my first lab results back after starting TRT. Anyway, after being on TRT for 2 months:

Total Test Before TRT: 584 Total after two months: 1483
Total Free Test Before TRT: 44.8 Total after two months: 184.4
Total Bioavailable: 94.2 Total after two months: 403.2
Estradiol: 36
Hematocrit: 47.7

I do sub q, every other day. 50 mg per shot.

Numbers waaaaaay up from my pre-TRT numbers. I guess those numbers are good. Kind of explains all of my recent PR's in CrossFit

Not at all. I've experimented with a few different locations. Hated the abdomen shots. They hurt more, and knotted up more.

I like giving myself shots in the very top of thighs. I'll close the toilet lid, put one foot on the toilet, pinch the skin and fat up as best as I can and inject.

About where I've highlighted in yellow in the below pic:

I've been on SubQ for many years and think nothing of it. Once I draw it up I heat with hair dryer. If it's closer to body temp (around 100f) it will hurt less and not leave a lump.

Well at 44 I finally gave in after my primary care doc recommended me to try TRT.

My levels were at 270 for 2 test in a row. Been on it 9 weeks and go for my bloodwork next week. 200MG/ML test c 1 shot per week. I’m taking .75 ML so I’m doing 150 weekly.

I've taken a couple of screen shots on what a once per week shot at a 150 mg per shot vs a MWF shot at 50 mg per shot looks like. Either way, you are getting your doc prescribed 150 mg per week, but you are getting a more consistent level of test without the big swings at a smaller dosage given per shot that's given more frequently.

Some people don't want to mess with the more frequent shots. I'd recommend pre-loading a bunch of syringes with your dosage so you aren't having to draw and inject every single time you need a shot. I pre-load about three weeks worth at once and go about my business. Just some food for thought....

You can go to Just1Cycle to mess around with your dosage, frequency given, etc. to view charts on what the release looks like with each shot.

Once a week:

Not sure about all of that. I’ll take your word for it.

This is the first I've ever heard of Enclomephine being OTC. Where do you get it?

Got my first labs back and I’m at 925 and 172.7 free.

This was after 9 weeks and I got my blood work 1 week after my last injection.

HCT was at 51.5.

I've tested low 2x now, 375 in 2021 and 300 in 2024. My PCP doesn't seem interested in helping with TRT and I wasn't too worried about it but symptoms are worse now and I'd like to look into it. What's my best path forward? New PCP, Endo, Urologist, or specialty/online clinic?

I wouldn’t swap PCP if you like yours. 9/10 of them have no idea about HRT so you’d likely be swapping for no reason.

Most affordable would be a urologist but I would look for one who’s up to date on HRT. The guy I saw was stuck on the old 200mg every 14 day thing. Some friends went to his partners and got much better protocols.

If no luck with a urologist, then I’d do online clinic. Like I said before, do your own research on the topic and it’ll help you out a ton.
