Been doing curls. Also doing medicine ball lunges, resistance bands, pull ups, bench dips, and trying to do cable pulls. One day, trying to hit someone in stride throwing a thirty yard bomb.

Maybe add in some cable or resistance band wood chops? Some core strength could go a long way

Focus on shoulder exercises, for elasticity not as much strength (although that helps) aka live arm.
Also focus on your footwork and core. Has a lot to do with mechanics

Buy a weighted football and throw it a few hundred times a day.

My 14 yr old plays QB for his Jr high team, he can throw it 45 yards in the air.

Me about 32 and I'm a lot stronger than him

Pisses me off to no end

Long toss training with a baseball.

I’m way stronger than a lot of dudes who can throw the ball farther. I topped out at 45-50 yards.

No one is advising you to look up quarterback drills online. The weight room might help a little but form, mobility, and footwork is what you need to work on.

I know to use your whole body for the throw. But shouldn't I work on triceps? Grip strength?

I typically throw ribeye steaks as training. Back in '82, I used to be able to toss a pigskin a quarter of a mile.
