Any oatmeal fans? I'm an overnight oats fan myself and stays cold in an insulated bag till I get to work.

Oats, whole milk, frozen berries, cinnamon. I'll eat my main breakfast at home post-workout, but I'll bring my oats to work and eat them mid-morning. I'm a fan.

I do the exact same. I mix them in a mason jar, throw them in the fridge, and eat them in the evening as a sort of dessert.

Steelcut oats for breakfast. I put a tiny bit of soy on it.

I do the same too but add chia seeds. It makes it creamier and more like the texture of cooked oats

I love oatmeal, usually with a bit of sweetener and cinnamon. Probably eat more as dry oats rather than cooked oatmeal. It's good like that as a snack.

Overnight Oat. I'll use natural honey from my buddy's hives, raisins, cranberries... and chow down.

Essentially, yeah. I just don't always soak them overnight and don't eat them in the mornings. Sometimes I'll throw it together in the morning and let them soak all day. Sometimes I'll mix them when I get home from work and eat them 3-4 hours later.

Oatmeal with a small spoon of peanut butter mixed in every morning

Do the reduced sugar w/strawberries and a low fat yogurt in the evening. It’s SpaceX countdown in the a.m.

Oats are good but I prefer a little more texture/crunch. I do Greek yogurt, grape nuts, blueberries, and a little honey.

Oatmeal or cream of wheat

True Nutrition has an oatmeal blend configurator. You can add all kinds of things to it. Big fan of chia seeds and protein powder. I always bought frozen berries and add them instead of the dried berries they offer.

Sure. I prefer organic oatmeal with flax.

Rolled oats with egg, spinach, turkey sausage, and cheese every morning.

I eat my oatmeal with sliced almonds.

I too eat savory oats every morning. Underrated.
I do basically a stir fry but with rolled oats instead of rice. Stir fry mix, cauliflower rice, chicken breast, 2 eggs, hot sauce (nando's peri-peri sauce is my go-to for this).
That + coffee every morning and you'll stay regular as hell.
