Let us know how you like it. Fray Fitness had theirs on sale on Friday. I added it to my cart but didn’t get it ordered in time to use the promo code. It’s still on sale just not as much now without the promo.

I would search the brand and model to make sure you can find parts for it easily. My wife was adamant about getting a treadmill to take up space in our home gym. I found a good commercial one. Everything looked good when I went to check it out. Got home and moved it into the garage and the belt broke in half. I’m not sure if the guy glued it back together before we looked at it or if I tore it when I was moving it. But it was a common model so finding a new one was fairly easy.

I called after the last thread about it. Got to the last question about income and was told I don’t qualify. I don’t recall the exact amount but I want to say they asked if we had a household income above $50k or something low. It may have just been the particular person I talked to. But I’ve called at the last 2 houses and been told the same thing.
re: Hot Water Recirculation Pump - Alternative to Point of Use Water Heater

I bought the Watts one from Amazon about 6 months ago. My only regret is not buying it sooner. Our master bathroom would take 2-3 minutes for hot water to get to our taps. Now it’s 20 seconds or less when the pump is running. I have it hooked up to a smart plug so I don’t have to mess with the manual timer. I think I have it set to run from 6-8 am and pm. Our gas bill went from $25 a month to $30.
I have the Titan one and like it. Heaviest I’ve gotten on it was 500. It’s on sale for $285
I’ve got a Flume and love it. It hasn’t detected any leaks and hopefully never will need to. It has detected that I’m a moron and left the water running to fill up the pool.
Not to hijack but does anybody have the newer version of Flume? I think it’s version 2 and might have a monthly subscription for it. I have the original one. I have to change the batteries in it pretty often and it keeps asking if I want to upgrade. Didn’t know if anybody had experience with the newer model.

I’ve got this one from Harbor Fright.

It says it’s 20 feet but I think one of my sections isn’t extended all the way and I put it 3 feet or so in the ground. So it’s probably 12 feet high. I’ve got it in my backyard close to our fence with nothing around it. I bought a light for the top. It last maybe 3 months. I decided not to get another light like that after it died and went with 2 solar spot lights that I attached to our fence.
The flag that comes with that pole is pretty cheap. Once it faded I ordered a good one from our state representative’s office. I thought I ordered a 3x5 but accidentally ordered a 5x8. It’s excessive but has held up much better.

I got one from Sams last year. I think it was $35 or $40 for a 120’. It’s been good but is a smaller diameter.
Walmart usually has sales on their Athletic Works brand of kettlebells. I’ve been slowing building my collection. Only problem is that they mainly have kg ones.
re: Our kid just received an unsolicited EBT card on the mail.

We got one a month or so ago for our oldest that goes to public school. I think we got around $400 for the 2 months they were out for the summer. Last time I used the Sams app for Scan and Go I noticed they had a pay with EBT option. I typed the card info in and was able to use it that way. Never had to take it out of my wallet.
I used Acadian Windows for my soffits and facia. Only complain was they either lost my order or forgot about me so it ended up being a little longer wait that expected. I’m happy with their work.
re: **Updated 3/16** How much cleanup should be expected after tile demolition?
Posted by 23 on 3/13/22 at 9:08 pm to thatoneguy
We just had this done in our kitchen and living room. I had the guys tape off the stairway to the second floor and closed all the doors to the rooms downstairs. That was enough to keep the dust out of the areas we needed it kept out of. The areas they demoed the tile were gutted so we didn’t worry about dust there.
We did get them to chisel the mortar instead of using a grinder. I think that helped out a lot. I know it made the job longer and was harder for the guys but we didn’t want the dust that grinding would create.

I was listening to a podcast today and they said with the new protocols 30% of players that test positive on a Monday have returned in time to play on Sunday. I think it was 15% on Tuesday and 5% on Wednesday.

I haven’t found much that’s been an actually deal. I did order some blemished bumpers from American Barbell. They came out right at $2/lb with shipping and tax. They have 15% off site wide with their promo code.

I’ve got the Titan version of the Monster rack. I mainly chose that one because I wasn’t a fan of the west side hole spacing. I also like the even spacing and key hole holes on the inside of the rack. That’s the only one Titan makes with numbered holes too.
One thing to consider with the price is that the price for each attachment is going to be more expensive. So not just the rack.

I know next to nothing about plumber and did it myself. My water heater was outside though so I figured if I messed anything up nothing would be damaged. I bought one of the kits with new gas and water lines and changed those out too.
The only mistake I can remember making is not disconnecting the water lines when I drained the tank. I opened the drain and let it drain until nothing came out. When I went to move the tank I realized it was still full of water but couldn’t drain because there was no way for it to vent.

I bought a 10 pound one from Amazon. It was the cheapest one I could find. I’ve used it maybe 5 times so I can’t really say how good it is. It feels well built and has a knurled handle.

Am I crazy for thinking about trade to get Deebo and giving up James Robinson? I need some WR help and the guy proposed a bad trade. I was looking at his roster and those 2 seemed like they were the 2 players that lined up in value. He’s got Diggs, AJ Brown, and Chase as his other top WRs. I know he wouldn’t give up Diggs for Robinson and I think Deebo is better than the other 2.

I had a membership at Ochsner Elmwood a few years ago before making a home gym. They had all the machines you could want. Just no power racks. I’m not sure what they’ve added since I left.

Malcolm Gladwell had a good episode on Revisionist History about how terrible these rankings are.
I bought a Hustler Dash XD 42” this spring but it was $2800. I love mine. I’ve got about 1/3-1/2 an acre and can cut the grass in no time. Definitely recommend looking into that one.
