Switched from GSLP after about a year and decided to run a quick 5/3/1 BBB cycle before hitting BtM. Holy hell I did squats on Tuesday and my legs are still absolutely wrecked. Foam rolling is the most painfully enjoyable thing right now. I wish I would have tried it still on Keto because I couldn’t get sore if I tried while eating Keto.

It's the 5x10 volume that is killing you. Essentially you are going from am intensity based program to a volume based.

Lol I know. I feel like such a bitch too only repping out 90lbs on those 5x10’s. I went very conservative on my TM and I’m only using 30% for the 5x10’s and I’m still hurting.

Still doesn't change the fact carbs help you recover

adding them back in your diet isn't making you sore

Dude don’t discuss things you have zero idea about. Keto is so anti-inflammatory you are never
Sore after a workout. It’s a common complaint.

flat out lie

clearly you are not working out hard enough

everyone gets sore when you push hard enough

which also explains why keto is not common in things like crossfit, bodybuilding and power lifting

bc you would wreck your body

Keto is great for general fitness not the bigger, stronger faster crowd.

Translated the acronyms. He's just jumping through a couple of workout programs.

You obviously do research and care. Which makes it even more mind boggling and bizzare that you lie and grandstand about keto

I actually agree with him, atleast personally I don't get very sore while in ketosis, but that could be because I don't when out as Gard while in ketosis, atleast volume wise, so not sure if it's truely ketosis doing it on lack of volume.

It’s like you’re purposely using bullshite acronyms to impress people, then you talk about doing 90 pound squats?

Jesus anybody familiar with 531 is familiar with those acronyms. He isn't just making shite up.

He might get on my nerves sometimes too but you guys go overboard with shite. It's like once someone says something you don't like, y'all go out of your way to knick pick them and just be an a-hole.
