I’m getting back in the keto wagon mainly for this. All of my joint pain disappears in a few days. I can get soar from lifting, but nothing like when I’m eating carbs.

I find it hard to believe that you don't wouldn't be sore just because keto is anti-inflammatory.

Hell my FIL has been a keto diehard for about 5 years now but still complains about muscle soreness from leg days all the time.

Jesus fricking Christ, this is why people hate on keto because people make idiotic fricking statements like this.

Keto is not the answer to anything except helping people stay complaint to stay in a caloric deficit and can help some health problems.

Stop trying to act like keto is some special thing, it's not. And Mingo understands exactly what keto is, a tool, a fricking tool and that's it.
