Can't wait. I've been following him without really paying attention to him as I don't have the time.

My company just gave us a $600/year health and wellness benefit. I signed up. It's starting slow with mainly bodyweight stuff and stretching. Next 12 weeks progresses to weighted exercises. Trying to bulletproof my legs and hopefully increase my speed in running.

Worth it. I have avoided surgery on a torn meniscus due to it. Thought leadership deserves the $.

Anyone know of a gym in BR that has a weighted sled? Seems to be a big component of his program.

Snap fitness in Watson has one in their turf area, might wanna call others and see. Seems like something that crossfit gyms would have as well

We haven't gotten to the weighted sled yet in the program. It starts simply walking backwards or going backwards on a treadmill. Since my little office gym doesn't have a sled, I may have to go buy one.

If you just want to do the reverse sled drags...

Take an old ice chest, fill with sand. Tie a rope to it. Tie rope to a weight belt. Reverse drag.

I have the rogue dogsled, which is great, but i did the above for years.
