I vote Superset, but it looks like I'm a little late to the party. I am enjoying Deadcember, but deadlifts 5x per week is pretty brutal. I think any of these programs, combined with jiu-jitsu 3x per week, will cut me up for summer.

Question about the staircase sets on example.
Back squats on the stairway is 1 set of 2, 1 set of 3, 1 set of 4, 1 set of 5, in addition to the first 2 sets of 4.

Do I understand this correctly, a total of 6 sets back squat for example w2d1?

I didn't do squatober so new system to me.

w2d1 for squats would be

1 set of 4 @65%
1 set of 4 @72%
1 set of 3 @77%
1 set of 4 @77%
1 set of 5 @77%
1 set of 6 @77%

I'll do whatever the group does but throwing in a vote for Superset. I've been playing around with some of the sample workouts and that one was extremely good.

Everyone also overlooks grasshopper but that is a really good program.

Is there a way to get these workouts for free?

Ngl I don’t feel comfortable supporting a fitness influencer. If he wants money he should get out in the mud with us and run beads

I’ll do Strongville with the class but my vote would be Pump City. Hadn’t looked into that one until your post but it looks like it’ll be on the schedule at some point this year

I had been thinking pump city run as 3 on/1 rest would be my default workout program long term with breaks for arm farm and squatober type H&F program months. But the more I think about it, the more I’ve liked hitting muscle groups multiple times throughout the week rather than dedicated PPL days for them.

I still think the leg day variety in Pump City looks a lot more like what I want out of a program than just hitting a few sets of back squats once or twice a week.

Lol yep, everyday

Brick house remastered and the two glute programs are the other leg programs, pump city with repeating the leg day often would be another

I’ll add the votes up for Monday. Understand on pump city we don’t have to follow the order exactly, if y’all want to focus on legs or pull or press, could emphasize those days by running for a 4 day each week.

Yea, I just haven’t run a PPL format workout program in a long time so it sounded interesting to me. Could hit a leg day again and remember why I don’t do that shite anymore lol.
