I'm cold as hell. How do I heat up my garage on the cheap?

I'm broke and need to heat up my garage. I'm a pansy when it comes to cold.

A kerosene space heater throws out a lot of heat. Just make sure the area is well ventilated.

So maybe crack the garage door a foot or so and let it warm and close it when it is warm enough and turn it off?

That would work. Just make sure it's rated for indoor use. Some of the bigger ones are for outdoor only.

What about a forced air propane heater. I really just need it to knock the cold bite off.

Is the garage door itself insulated? And weatherstripping around it?

Here where I live used to be a chicken farm. I have a big chicken house heater hanging in my shop that I’ve used once since we moved here three years ago. It has been a godsend the last several days. I turned it too high on the first day and it must have been 105 degrees in there. I’m even still using the previous owners propane. Sorry, I know that doesn’t help you unless you have a chicken house heater laying around.

100 burpees for time at the start of each workout.
Seriously quit being a baby. I worked out in mine tonight, just wore a sweat shirt and sweat pants. Of course I'm doing star circuits right now so I'm sweating my arse off within 5 min anyways.
I even jumped in the pool tonight after the squat circuit. Stop being a bitch about it.

Also:
I bring the barbell inside at night; that fricker is like the sword of a white walker in this cold.
A heating pad will also work on the bar while you warm up.
Layers. Lots of layers.

Become the Wim Hof. It costs like $200 to take his course, but from all the videos people have put up doing it you can get the main points for free. Cold therapy has many benefits as I'm sure you know.

In my garage adding this made a huge difference:
Yep, I was going to do that as well.

I don't know where your dryer vents to but mine vents into the garage. I had it running when I did my workout last night and ended up having to shed my sweatshirt about 20 minutes in. it didn't get very hot but took the chill out.

The insulation kit I linked is great. It is better quality than what I was able to find locally. You would need 2 kits for a 2 car garage.
For weatherstripping, I picked some up locally from a garage door company (Overhead door). Their product was much nicer than the rolls available at HD, Lowe's and Amazon. Overhead door sells precut strips that match the door and have a hard strip that nails to the wall with the soft part attached.
My garage stays comfortable year round now. Never a need for a heater with proper insulation and weatherstripping

There are a few nice space heaters available at Costco for pretty cheap. We got the $40 one, but there's a $60 heater as well that would heat a larger area.
