If you’re doing a hard dry fast then you want to avoid water contact.

Why does he say water contact instead of drinking water like a normal person?

Does he mean all contact, like you can't shower because water might seep in your pores?

Also, this diet had to be developed by R Kelly, right? Drink urine to look younger?

Yes all water contact even to brush your teeth. Also depending on body temperature, skin temperature, etc it is possible to have percutaneous penetration of water through the skin.

Ok, so recapping, this dude says you should drink your own urine, not brush your teeth and not shower or bathe?

What he said is #1 stop eating FATTY
#2 most advantageous is hard dry fast (zero contact with water)
#3 is a soft dry fast (brushing teeth, showers allowed)
#4 is a urine fast
#5 is a snake juice fast

It is ordered from best to worst ways to get healthy.

#6 would be traditional water fast.

Difference between the 3-6 is very little. frick drinking my own piss.

For those blowing him off, Cole is very knowledgeable, just goes over board many times.

Snake diet is essentially go long periods of time without eating. Use snake juice (water with salt and some other items) to make yourself feel better during the fast.

When you break the fast it should be keto. Rinse and repeat until you achieve your goals. Great diet and he is great about expierementing on himself.

Still not drinking piss!!!

I’m blowing off any retard who tells me to drink my own piss because he has no common sense.

No matter how much knowledge you have... if you can’t manage that knowledge against common sense you don’t deserve respect.

Dude is a joke.

I agree. The whole piss thing started as an experiment which was fine but running it as something people should do is dumb.

Besides there is zero evidence it has any health benefits over a traditional water fast. Same goes for snake juice, might make you feel better but it's still fricking stupid.

777 can you speak to the science of a hard dry fast? Why would not drinking water, and moreover why would not coming into contact with water, impact weight loss and/or health more than a traditional water fast??

I appreciate that study, but is there an explanation or comparison of how it's better than a water fast in those same regards? I'm genuinely curious.

In the studies I have scene dry fasting causes cell autophagy at a rate of atleast double that of water fasting. For weight loss it does cause the body temperature to raise more so then wet fasting.

As far as hard vs soft dry fasting, haven't scene studies proving hard is more beneficial.

But have you any studies?

Back on topic, but according to my limited knowledge isn't urine one of the way's that your body disposes of waste material, byproducts, etc? Would would you want to put that back in your body?

If you had the option, why would drinking 8oz of water be worse than drinking 8oz of your own urine?????
