And what's your gym routine? Pre-covid bought, i was at it pretty good but since then... not much enthusiasm.

54 - Lift 3-4 days a week depending on the program I'm on at the time. Generally non-lifting days are cardio + abs day, occasionally I will take a Sat or Sun off. Just finished PPSA Grasshopper, liked it so much going at it again with new maxes. Also play tennis on Thursdays (not a gym day, but part of my fitness routine). I honestly have everything I need for this program at home, but maintain an Anytime Fitness membership for when I travel, and I like to cardio and Abs there.

Lift daily. Rotate workouts daily. 4 total
Every day is abs day.
Spin class twice a week
Swim two to three days a week
Daily treadmill no less than 30 mins
I’m retired and on disability
Have to keep moving or else freeze up.

Swim 3-4 days/ week on a Masters Club team, coached workout, there are 3 or 4 people on the team that have Olympic medals and several collegiate all americans, I swim in the slow lane, usually get about 3000 yards in in an hour
cycle 2 times / week usually about 30-40 miles.

70.5.
Lift only 3 times a week now but 5 times a week up until 7/22 - 2 STENTS
Not enough cardio and am increasing walking at a fast pace
Covid finally got me 12/22 and some fatigue set in and this still bugs me.

51 here. Currently 220 lbs @ 5'11". Went down to 180 in August of '21 after getting Covid and being in ICU for a month and on a vent for a while. Prior to that I was 230 and probably the best shape of my life. Just had a PR dead of 605 literally the week before I got sick.
Still lift pretty hard 5 days a week and will usually do some incline sprints after I finish lifting. All the major lifts except now although I do only DB's on chest work. Almost back to pre-Covid strength but sadly I think that ship has sailed at my age. Especially since I could barely lift the bar off the rack after I was sick. The only thing missing is my gas. I also train BJJ on my non-lifting days and rolling kills me now. That shite is so cardio draining and I struggle big time now. It makes me
cause I love to train BJJ.

55. Mountain bike 1-2x week, road bike 1-2x week, lift 1-2x week. The mountain biking is a great 1.25 hr. HIIT workout that is really fun if you have trails near you.

40 here, been lifting for 27 years now.
if you are over 50 and need a program just to feel good and not worried about getting real strong but wanting a little pump and lots of mobility ....try rebuilt 2.0 by joe deranco
im more of a ppsa guy or defrancos other programs but the 2.0 program is perfect for an older guy for sure. tons of mobility work, no barbells really, tons of pre-pump work before you get to the main lift and easy on the volume overall.
