I scramble 9 most every morning. 6 for me, 2 for the wife, and 1 for the 2 year old.

3 whole eggs and 2 egg whites for breakfast

Sometimes 4 whole eggs if I’m too lazy to separate the eggs

Hm. I’m slacking! I should eat more eggs. I did have Avocado egg salad for dinner but I definitely don’t eat eggs daily.

I normally eat about 12 whole eggs per average day.

I went a month eating only 36 raw eggs daily. Made some incredible gains that month and felt great.

Most people will think you are crazy, but I don't. If staying lower carb using more of a gironda approach, eggs are pretty much have the perfect macro ratios especially if thrown in with some high quality steak.

New here with bringing nutrition into my workout, so excuse this question: the use of the word "egg" usually references what way of cooking?? I note only one here scrambles his/her eggs. Are scrambled eggs healthy I guess is my main question.

It’s healthy though cooking the egg does lower it’s nutritional value pretty significantly and also is harder to digest. I normally eat my eggs raw for those reasons.

Yes they are healthy scrambled.

Ows, there have been actual studies performed on egg digest, we actually digest it better and absorb it better if it's cooked to at least 125-130 degrees. Eggs are one of the foods that we actually handle much better cooked.

2 or 3 eggs on Saturday and Sunday mornings for breakfast. Usually, just eat yogurt and granola on the weekdays.

Wait, are eggs good for you now?
I can't keep up. One minute they're good for you, next minute they cause heart attacks
