My breakfast is 8 egg whites (or one cup of whites), 1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese, and two pieces of wheat toast.

4-6 daily with a low carb diet (ketoish)

I usually boil mine and either eat then that way or chop them up and add to a salad.

I’m not trying to bulk up (did that routine about 20 years ago) I’m just lifting to help slim up and get healthier.

I don't understand it either. It's been proven that dietary cholesterol =/= blood cholesterol. Egg yolks are dense with nutrients.

Short Answer? Macros.

I LOVE whole eggs. I could eat cheese n eggs 5 times a day.

I don't think the yolks are unhealthy, but they're the main fat source in eggs.

A whole egg is equal grams of Protein and Fat.
So I go pure whites, and get my fat from mozzarella cheese.

ETA:

The Macro breakdown for that breakfast is
35g Protein
20g Carbs
6g Fat

Many times it's easier to fit macros without the added fat at breakfast and it's honestly as simple as that. If you are following a performance style diet or chasing hypertrophy gains...well you are going to have lots of carbs and got to cut fat where you can to make it fits the overall calories/macros.

You should take a proper healthy diet according to the recommendation of a doctor or nutritionist. Eating only egg does not give you energy. You have to take a complete diet.

Those are literally the last people I take any nutritional advice from.

So you’re telling me when I ate 36 raw eggs a dayI didn’t have energy? The ~3000 calories doesn’t count?

The Doctor's nutrition recommendation would likely be to prescribe you cholesterol medication.
