Depends on what I’m doing.
Today will be about 2 hours total. Some rowing, some swimming and some other shite.

I prefer after work. Single session, usually an hour or slightly more or less.

12-16hrs/week. Usually longer runs and bike rides on the weekend. Ramping up to an Ironman sometimes the Saturday ride is as long as 6 hours. Yesterday I did a 1hr run and a 1hr swim. About to hit up a 90min indoor bike ride now.

About an hour marathon training in the mornings. Upped considerably on my long run day.
Joining a small 24/7 gym this afternoon. Looking for an easy 30 minute session a few times a week to supplement my running.
So about 1.5 hours 2-3 days a week, 1 hour 2 days a week, and 2-3 hours once a week.

I probably average about an hour in the gym each time I go. I usually go there 4 times a week and just do little things at home on the other 3 days.

I have a six day regiment:
2 workouts a week that are only about 35-40 minutes.
2 workouts a week that are about 45-50 minutes each.
2 workouts that are about 60-70 minutes each.
The shorter workouts will be ramping up a bit soon as my muscles get back in shape and im able to do a little more.
I took a 3 month hiatus from working out when i started a new job recently that required a lot more of my time. But im currently on day 12 straight that ive worked out, so im steadily getting back into the routine.
