Not gonna lose weight doing this , but I've been on keto diet for close to a year and am able to maintain my weight eating pizza for a cheat meal once a week.

You can do it. As said, probably not in a "cutting" phase, but if you can maintain weight, and are still hitting the gym (potentially using those carbs to gain power), then you're still winning.

No love for the .99 Totinos pizzas? Lol

I use to kill those after a night out in college. Side of ranch, too

3 meat for the win

My comment was tongue in cheek. Take a joke. Lol

I haven’t had one in 15 years.

You gotta enjoy life man. One pizza won’t make you gain 20 lbs of fat and drop your squat max 50 lbs. I’m having a pizza tonight. frick it. I worked hard in the gym and at work this week. I’m gonna enjoy it. Treat yourself, bitch.

Sam's is underrated and cheap

I have been going through all of the frozen pizza brands at my grocery store

so far this one is the best (and under $6.00) and it is a pretty large pizza

I love Costco pizza. I had pizza last night because of this thread. I'm easily persuaded.

I like the "fresh" nonfrozen Wal-Mart market pizzas. Always get the thin crust 3 meat for $5 and I will eat on it throughout the entire day. Usually it's plenty but sometimes I'll add a protein shake or something to tide me over if I'm hungry at any point.

I used to tear those up 3-4 years ago. Very underrated.

I'm training for a marathon. For me, it's more of a "How bad is not eating a whole large pizza once per week?"

I've lost weight consistently for the last 6 months and still eat pizza occasionally. Contrary to popular belief you can still lose or maintain weight on cheat days.

A cheat day doesn't mean you have to eat 4000 calories. I bump up about 500 calories and that's a cheat for me.
