Didn’t even know this was a thing. Must have clicked on something and now the algorithm has taken over. Anyone here tried some of these? Have a brand or flavor that you like? The ones I see claim 20g of protein per pack without adding anything to it.

I've looked at a few, but the cost per serving is prohibitive. You can air fry some tonkatsu and add it to the ramen for cheap. If you're eating at work, is microwave reheated tonkatsu really that bad?

There is some cup of noodles like one that's like $2 each. Chef Woo I think it's called. I'll heat one up and throw in some chopped rotisserie chicken to make a quick easy lunch. Sodium is a little high and could use more fiber but quick and easy. Could cut out most of the sodium by not drinking the broth. But if you've been sweating a lot and are drinking a lot of water like I do after cycling for 2 hours in the southern heat the extra sodium isn't too bad.

The Aldi ones are about 1.50 and taste good. The beef one has a little bit of spice too it which is nice.

Chef Woo was my staple for a while. Will probably pick it back up for quick lunches after it cools down a bit outside.
