Health Thread - what’s y’all plan?

I work out 2-3 times a week at the gym and on the other days I’ll work out (to a lesser degree) at my home gym. Work outs consist of pretty much only weight lifting. I hate cardio.
Food - lots of protein (bars, shakes, meat). I put oils on most everything (olive, avocado, walnuts, pecan, almond). I try to eat fruits and vegetables and very few simple sugars (bread, rice, potatoes, pasta) but, let’s be honest, it’s hard to turn away a cookie and whenever I go check on my mom (no pics you pervs), she’s always got some dessert for me. Also, orange cranberry scones are my weakness.
Supplements - I take BCAAs on the days I work out. I also take 2 vitamins. One is just a regular multivitamin and the other is a multivitamin with fish oils. Between the 2 vitamin I’m getting like 500% of my vitamin D which is really the only one that matters. I also take a fiber supplement.
I don’t really work out on the weekends. That’s family time.
What does the typical OTer do when they’re not winning Mr or Ms Universe competitions?

Cardio fricking sucks arse but you gotta do it man.

I power frick old lady perch at her house 2-3 times a week on the other days I’ll pound her (to a lessor degree) in her car at the park.

I go to a CrossFit gym 4 times a week at 5am. To do that I stay reasonably sober most nights and generally eat whatever I want. 18% body fat and good numbers at the doctors office for 40.

Right now it’s a 6 pack a day but I’m running at least 6 miles the next morning, every morning. I also fast at least 18 hours a day, my one meal is usually low to midrange carb with lots of protein.

Putting on muscle. In the middle of gslp with accessory work mixed in. Diet is very heavy meat centric. Not currently taking whey, but thinking about it.
